My name is Anastasia, and I am based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa.
I am a proud owner of 2 Certificates of Barcelona Pastry school for the classic French pastry and Modern cakes. Also I have studied sugar floristics with Eugenia Skalozub in Italy. I have learned different skills from the teachers in Europe (figurines, flowers, royal icing etc).
Since 2013 I belong to the South African Cake Decorating Guild and have entered few shows in Cape Town and George.
Cakes, cake design and cake decorating have always been my passion since I was a child. It is still more of a hobby and a passion for me rather than a business (think more a creative way to express your cake wishes rather than an automated cake conveyor belt!).
This will not only be a piece of edible art on your table, but also a delicious way to finish off the occasion.
